Eve Brightlight is a Ripple Pond member and talented illustrator who has created this course of designed to bring you peace and strength. Follow the sessions below at your own pace to engage in artistic creation and reflective writing that will leave you feeling calm and inspired. No artistic skills required, just curiosity and open heart. 

Session 1: Origami Goal

During this session, you will be given space to think about yourself, a goal that is important to you and what it means to you. The creative outcome is an origami bird that holds your goal safe and close.

You will need: A4 paper, scissors, something to write with and a selection of drawing tools (eg. coloured pens, pencils crayons).

Session 2: Reconnect Bookmark

An opportunity to reflect on the roots that connect and ground us whilst experimenting with tea brew paint.

You will need: 15cm x 16cm piece of card (could be inner side of a cereal box), half a cup of tea brewed with 2 bags for at least an hour, tissue or kitchen towel, a selection of drawing tools and A4 paper.
