We have an established Volunteer Programme, and are regularly recruiting for Mentors and Buddies from both within our Membership and from the wider community.

 

Some of The Ripple Pond members kindly volunteer their time as Regional Coordinators, helping to keep our Online Member Peer Support Forums active and informative, and ensuring that no member reaching out is ever left unsupported.

Regional Coordinators monitor organically arranged face-to-face meetings for safeguarding purposes, and share information about local services to their Forum.

 

All of our Regional Coordinators receive initial training and ongoing support from the staff team, and are vital to the success of our Forums.
